Patient Experience

From the moment your appointment is made, the professional team at All Saints Dental Group is committed to providing you with the most comprehensive dental and customer service possible. We value your time and will be prompt and ask the same courtesy of you. 

If your appointment needs to be changed, please give us at least 24 hours notice. This consideration makes it possible to give your appointment time to another patient and allows our team to prepare for their visit.

First Visit Experience

During your first visit our friendly team will ensure that your experience is a comfortable and positive one. You can expect the following once you arrive at our practice:

  • A member of our friendly team will welcome you at reception. New patients will be asked to fill in a ‘pre-treatment questionnaire’ providing us with important information which will help us accommodate any specific needs you may have. You can also download the new patient form here, complete it before your appointment and bring it along to your first visit.
  • Patients arriving early can relax in our modern reception area with a variety of reading material, dental service information pages and a flat screen TV.
  • A member of our team will then show you into one of our modern, comfortable treatment rooms and you will be introduced to your experienced and caring dentist.
  • Your first appointment involves a comprehensive oral health examination. Which includes a thorough review of both soft (gums) and hard (teeth) tissues and your dentist will discuss the findings with you and hear about any specific concerns you may have. Your comprehensive oral examination will include;
    • A guided tour of your mouth with our special intra-oral camera allowing you to get a clear view of your current oral health.
    • Radiographs (dental films) as required.
  • Your dentist will then present you with a summary of findings with options for treatment suited to your specific needs and desires. Our goal is to partner with you in achieving a lifetime of oral health.

 

Special care for anxious patients

At All Saints Dental Group our aim is to make your treatment as comfortable as possible. We provide special care for nervous and anxious patients to help you feel at ease.

Advise us of any concerns you may have and we can work together to make your dental experience as comfortable as possible.

At our practice we offer services to help alleviate anxiety including:

  • Penthrox
  • IV sedation
  • General Anaesthetic at Waikiki Private Hospital
